Returns Policy

If you order a custom product, refunds are only available PRIOR to the production of your product. If you receive something that you are not happy with, let us know and we will do our best to earn your satisfaction.  We are unable to accept returns on custom orders after you've received your item.  If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of the damaged package and product so we can offer assistance to you.  


We ship anywhere within the USA (Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii).  We typically use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on package dimensions, location, and actual shipping costs.  If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact us in advance of placing your order.  We are unable to guarantee shipping times, but Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 days in transit and UPS Ground typically takes 2-5 days in transit.  


Any information you share with us is used solely for the purpose of conducting business with you. We do not intentionally share any of your information with other entities, unless required to complete a transaction with you.

By doing business with us, you authorize Bluefish Mill, LLC to share photos of completed signs/projects on our social media pages for our marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified during the course of our business transaction.
